Celia's is a small-batch, hand-bottled, family based and operated gourmet food company specializing in the production of barrel-aged Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil products. We proudly engage in all of our production here in the wonderful city of Bend, Oregon. We also produce other fine products including BBQ Sauces, Grilling Sauces and Hot Sauces.
